"Barbacoa estilo Hidalgo con una buena ubicación para quienes llegan desde CDMX y van de paso por Pachuca, las porciones son buenas y prefiero pedir tacos y no por kilo para que la carne no se enfríe, además de que me encantan los tacos de costilla a la plancha o de maciza para comer al mismo tiempo que el consomé. Algo importante a considerar es que la barbacoa suele terminarse antes de la hora de la comida (mejor llega antes de las 14:00 horas) pero puedes encontrar quesadillas muy buenas, como las de gualumbos o flores de calabaza con queso"
